The bad fruit
That was a short-lived hiatus, wasn’t it? It’s just because I’ve got a few things to blog about now.
Like how I watched Horton Hears A Who just a few hours ago. And how I’m trying to take greater care of my face because my mom asks me too. And how my cousin has opened a blog and I want you to visit him.
But first things first: Horton. He makes me laugh. Not so much the mayor of Whoville. 80% of the movie made me laugh, while the rest of the percentage, made me go, “Why isn’t it making me laugh the whole way?” I liked the movie, don’t get me wrong. I did. I just thought it wasn’t enough. I think it’s just me. Really. It’s typical me. Get all the great reviews from people, and end up disappointed. Not entirely disappointed with Horton, although I can say I preferred The Spiderwick Chronicles, just not entirely satisfied. I’ll give it a 3 out of 5.
So. My face. Nothing is wrong with it, in my opinion. Other than the occasional oily moments, I think I have avoided my face from breaking out, kept it healthy, and all that stuff. But my mom doesn’t seem to be happy with it. As most moms are with the rest of the things you say and do. So I bought myself toner, serum, and some sort of cream (to minimize pores!) from The Face Shop before we caught Horton.
I didn’t spend a fortune, which is a good thing, and I think I’m just going to give it a shot. If my face does break out, I’m definitely going back to just washing my face with good old face wash rather than slathering on creams, toners, serums, and whatnot. But we’ll see what happens.
Lastly, for my post tonight, I would like to plug my cousin, Alim, for his newly-opened blog! Hopefully it stays opened, and constantly updated, unlike his sister’s. Haha. (I know you’re reading this, Liz!) I’m somewhat promoting him and his store, and whatever he has got to offer. Hehe. 
Crap. The boyfriend’s MIA again. Going to head to sleep now. Good night!

btw,i heard from people that The Face Shop products aren’t halal? they do have a sign in their outlet saying so rite?

They have a sign saying their products aren’t halal? I didn’t see! But I was wearing a tudong when I purchased their toner, couldn’t they have told me that it wasn’t halal and didn’t sell it to me? About this sign, did you see it yourself, or did you hear it from people as well?

The Face Shop nda halal wah? Shouldn’t they put a signage or at least let everyone know that back when they first opened. But being a Muslim country, why didn’t authorities have some restrictions in selling these non-halal products anyway? And aren’t the saleslady muslims too?
I never bought products there simply cos I think the colours didn’t last. But I’ve tested them so do enlighten me once you get the dirt, yes?

Haha, unfortunately, the new layout wasn’t that friendly. Heehee.
I don’t know if they are halal or not, but I stopped using them until I find out. I don’t use make-up.. so I don’t know nothing about the colours. Hehehe.
But I will try to help you out. WE NEED TO MEET UP SOON! I haven’t seen you in ages!!
