I’m quite pleased, as you can tell. :D

Anyway. Two parcels arrived for me last Saturday, and I’ve only just picked them up today. One of them (pictured, on the right) is a purse organizer from Purseket. A friend of mine bought a few for herself, and it was too much of a temptation not to Google it online and buy one from eBay (cheaper options there!). I find that my bag is very organized now and does not droop when it doesn’t fill up!

The one on the left is a set of Bump-Its. It’s originally called Bumpits, but I hate that name. Makes me think of armpits. Ew. But I only bought this because I borrowed one from a friend for a birthday bash previously, and it is very easy to use, and yielded great results! It comes in black, brown, and blonde. Also bought from eBay. :)

Speaking of purchases, I recently bought an iTunes Store gift card online. I vowed not to buy from Brunei’s premium reseller anymore because they charge BND38 for a USD15 gift card. Nu-uh. No more. So I scrounged around for good websites that offer reasonably priced gift cards, and found iTunes Express! Sure, it’s priced at USD18.40 for a USD15 gift card, but it is far from BND38 when converted. I only paid BND28 for USD15. Love! :D

And with that gift card, I bought a Plants Vs. Zombies app for my iPhone because I was very addicted to the PC version of the game. I also bought a photography app which until now, I don’t regret buying. It’s an app called Pano (by Debacle Software), and it enables you to take panoramic photos! I’m very impressed. Hey, my first long post in quite a while! Pleased! Also pleased that tomorrow is a public holiday! :D

I would like to say, Selamat menyambut hari kebangsaan yang ke-26, Negaraku!, in case I don’t update tomorrow.

They have finally put up the sign! Although, our wing (of the newly renovated building) has not been renovated yet, I am silently celebrating this pretty simple sign that says “Information Technology Department”. Step one of the renovation process! Yeay!

You have to admit, the place looks pretty gloomy, doesn’t it? It’s much gloomier in the afternoon, or when grey clouds absolutely refuse to go away.

Anyway. I don’t know about you, but I’ve got so many friends and colleagues getting married this year. There was one wedding (between two of my former coursemates that I knew) that I wasn’t invited to, but it’s OK, I haven’t surfaced in their lives much anyway, but congratulations to you! Really happy you decided to tie the knot!

There are two in the coming weeks in January alone, two in February, one in March, one in May, two in June, and one in December. All, of which, inshaAllah, I will be attending. Very excited to see these people getting married. :D

Makes me nervous thinking about my own wedding. Eeps.

Anyway, I’ve been having a few people adding me on Facebook, and they are the people who at some point shared the same school with me, but would never add them even though they were in the same school as I was. I just don’t know you well enough! Same class, sure, but not even recognizing me as someone you know in the hallway? That just doesn’t add up.

That silly little rant aside, I’m making my way to Jakarta tomorrow for a few days’ worth of training. Last week, before it was approved, I was excited up until a few hours after it was approved, but when I got home yesterday, I felt like I was too tired to go to Jakarta. Macam nada mood. :(

I have found that I hate to pack, because sometimes I just don’t know what to bring, and I don’t like making lists especially when my lazy mode kicks in.

I just need to sleep it off. I am exhausted, still, I think.

I’ve been really busy at work, especially the last two days. A big project that we’re working on is nearing submission, and it’s just like drinking juice from concentrate. It’s been a real heck of a ride. I’ve never been a big fan of any forms of reports and documentation, so I’m really glad we’re nearing to the end of this thing.

I’M EXHAUSTED!

Work’s been piling up again, each confusing after the next, but we (my colleagues and I) will get through this, and when it’s done, it’ll be great, I can feel it in my bones. So, for now, I think I have to stick with whatever it is that I have to do.

One of my cousins, who grew up with me when I was little, is getting married soon. I haven’t been to her place yet, as I have been busy and after office hours are the only hours I can get rest. So, my apologies to Nurul for not being there (yet.)

Tomorrow’s going to be the nikah and hantar berian, so congratulations to you! Don’t worry! InshaAllah, I will be there tomorrow.

Anyway, back to my boring life. I actually decided not to go for aerobics this afternoon, after work. I had made up my mind, I convinced myself that I needed the rest. Unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned. The road heading on to the highway was full of drivers who couldn’t go into the other lane skillfully, and being the impatient woman that I am, I decided to take another road to go home.

This other ‘road’, is nearer to the fitness center rather than my house, so the part of me that wants to lose weight won the debate, and parked my car nearby to the center. Ended up doing a full hour’s worth of step aerobics, which resulted in sweat and ankle pain. Doesn’t matter, as it felt good in the end. Hahaha.

I still feel like I haven’t had enough rest though. Bleh. And I’m hungry now because I haven’t eaten a proper meal yet. :(

Not to mention sick of seeing and dabbling with Microsoft Office documents.

I can’t wait for the weekend! (I may just post pictures.)

I think I’ve gone crazy, but it just hasn’t shown.

Speaking of crazy, I watched The Dark Knight yesterday with Zawanah and Mizah, after having sushi lunch with the other girls. The late Heath Ledger was great in portraying Joker, very, very convincing! Sick man, that Joker. But the movie itself was not too bad. I wouldn’t want to watch it again, though. Then again, this is coming from someone who hasn’t watched any Batman movies since Val Kilmer played Batman, so what do I know, right?
